About Us

Isla's Gallery sells original paintings sourced directly from Vietnamese artists. All works are original, one-of-a-kind pieces.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Payment is processed securely by Stripe and accepted by major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Original Artwork

As each painting is an original work, minor variations between the photographs on our website and the physical painting are to be expected. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.

Ownership

Title to the painting passes to you upon receipt of full payment. Until that point, the painting remains the property of Isla's Gallery.

Delivery

Paintings are shipped from Vietnam. Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days, though international shipping may occasionally take longer due to customs clearance. We will provide tracking information once your painting has been dispatched.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
